My dog is aware of my voices and reacts to them as if they are real. This is one of many reasons I didn’t believe I was hearing hallucinations for four years. Does anyone else have a pet that does this?
Animals are exquisitely sensitive to their owners.
My dog can tell when I’m not right by the look in my eye and usually avoids me. It’s a difficult relationship but one that’s worthwhile

My dog does nothing like that. But he often sleeps in my son’s bed when my son is feeling depressed.
There may be a chance this is a delusion.
