Can you win a lawsuit by making a fuss?

I made a blog exposing the emails from my wells fargo and vanguard account where the inside job was the banks targeted me. I had closed a wells fargo account with ID protection in 2015 but it was re-opened somehow without my permission and used to funnel my stocks and shares from my vanguard account. I thought that was the class action lawsuit I was in but all I got was a random $800 check (from wells fargo) and no explanation. well I had 4 shares in Penn National, 1 share in yahoo, 1 share in twitter and I cant find the facebook evidence. But I have all the emails and proof posted online and on twitter.

Im not sure if I should do this though. Maybe i should hire an attorney instead. Its just that i dont think anyone ever took it seriously so Im trying to make a big deal to get compensation for lost funds. When I regained access to my vanguard account after years of being locked out it was liquidated and all the records purged…edit to date VANGUARD has not returned my lost funds or stocks and shares I Had a money market and brokerage account with them. I total the loss approx $10,000 or more. I dont know the value of the shares now this is based on my investments.

A talk with some legal cousel will tell you if it’s worthwhile or not.

The bank can afford much better lawyers than you can and they can also draw out any lawsuit to the extent that you are financially drained and can’t afford your own counsel or filings. These sorts of things are usually won in the media or not at all.

That’s correct.
Big companies will draw it out so even if you “win” you still lost.

Agreed. Psychology doesn’t work. I am just repeating what someone told me to help me get out out my psychotic funk.
