is there anything to treat this…do any meds help or any herbal medicines help

not sure, talking a lot, like therapy, then I feel fuzzy mentally.
I’m afraid I’m getting dumber as the days go on

I feel the same way, I made a thread about my concerns that my negative symptoms were getting worse, poverty of thought has me concerned the most lately.
I feel like a stimulant would help but I doubt those get prescribed easily to us.

sometimes meds can cause it but i’m not sure, you should talk to your doctor about it for sure

Well it’s something. Either way it has to be solved. Right now I am trying to read more. I actually used to have add so I could get prescribed Dexedrine or vyvanse.
