I love swimming. My neighbor has a pool and he lets us swim whenever we want.

I haven’t swum in years and wonder if I still can.

I took weekly swimming lessons for something like 6 years when I was a kid but haven’t really swum since then. I assume it’s like riding a bike?

I can swim still, at least I’m pretty sure.
Haven’t gone in the water in years.

Badly. Had my first major cardiac episode at 12 years old while doing swimming lessons at summer camp. They fished me out of the bottom of the deep end. Haven’t been a huge fan of swimming ever since.

I swim often, but I have no done so for a few weeks.

Need to get back into it, but my headspace is a bit ■■■■■■ at the moment, and I need the extra rest
