It was nice to go for a swim and sauna tonight, it was really relaxing, i was feeling very drained all day.

I enjoy swimming at the gym but the outside pool at my apartment complex is too hot at 115 degrees outside right now
One of my close ones and I used to swim and sauna.
It’s lovely.
I miss sauna.
Sometimes he would buy us pizza after .
I’m not a good swimmer in my old age but I can enjoy feeling the water.
They had a tiny cold cold pool by the sauna that one could naked dip in after sauna then back in saunas.
They don’t really have that stuff in Australia.
It’s awesome though.
That’s hot, the sauna was hot & i had a semi cold shower (i was not fully under it) then i lay on the lounge bed to relax, i might do it again some time.
Sacred i would like skinny dip sometime but I’m a bit self conscious.
