I noticed in the past, I had dilated pupils, but I don’t notice it anymore. It could be a sign or it could be something else.

I think some correlate high levels of dopamine with large pupils. And high dopamine is a part of having psychosis. But then again, ive been pretty much free of positive symptoms for the most part for years and my pupils are usually pretty massive. So i guess not in my case in particular. Everyone is different. Being happy, scared and many other feelings can make your pupils bigger or smaller. And also the lighting around you obviously.
