it has not yet been shown that PAK is elevated in the brains of people with schizophrenia. Thus, he says, it is important to validate these results by determining whether this haywire PAK cascade is also occurring in humans.
It’s interesting, but it appears this treatment is still a long way from being proven effective in humans.

How do you diagnose mice if they have sz? A mouse cant tell you its seeing or hearing things.
Either a question for me?
Probably they confessed themselves,

The mouse model of sz is diagnosed by behavior. It is similar to human sz, but not entirely accurate. Therefore, studies don’t with mice or rats do not always translate to positive human results.
