Feeling not bad. Think I’ve got a bit to go before I call myself well. But getting there

I wish I had your confidence with the crockpot/slow cooker. I’d like to use fresh veg,but it’s the peeling and chopping I find difficult. Ditto with potatoes.

I get frozen casserole veg. Literally just open the bag and throw in the slow cooker. The beef is frozen and in chunks too. The only real prep is cutting the potatoes

I get it all from asda

Ok. Just your comments seemed like they could be a little on the manic side. :fallen_leaf::fallen_leaf::fallen_leaf:

That is a fair point. I will keep an eye on my moods.

No I get you. Am not mad at you.

Staying up all night can be a symptom of mania. I have had a bipolar and sza dx in the past so I need to be vigilant.

Yes frozen casserole veg is ok. Ditto the frozen beef casserole chunks that most supermarkets do. Personally I’d prefer lamb but I’ve not heard of frozen lamb chunks. Fresh lamb is ridiculously expensive. Lamb stews might seem cheap bu they’re not.

Yum! Great use of time!

Asda do lamb chunks too. But instead of 600g like the beef you only get 350g

Frozen lamb chunks? Unfortunately I shop at Sainsbury.

Yeah frozen lamb chunks.

If could check out ASDA delivery online?

Sainsbury only do 400 g fresh for £4.00.
