afraid of dying in my sleep. Anyone with the same problem?
I’ve been there it sucks really bad
I died once in a dream then I wake up and nothing bad happened
I remember I was afaid to stuck in my dream, and never come back to reality… a very strange fear

Arent you under 20 years old? Dying in your sleep at that age is very unlikely.
Yes. A few years ago i had the same fear. I would prop myself up on pillows cos i thought it would orevent me from dying.
No but I do like a good sleep
I hate that so much. I’ve kept myself up for days worrying about dying in my sleep. I hope you were able to get some rest.
