It will probably pass. I can’t say when, but I don’t think your condition is permanent.

I get that way, sometimes if I don’t eat, but often I just get to scatter brained
I agree with the posters above, your brain needs energy Ish. Don’t forget to eat. Take small bites more often, instead of a large meal because the latter can give you sleepiness
This getting better. Foos is the answer.
That and a cup of coffee when you get to work, always helps improve my productivity!
Maybe it was also that I was feeling too isolated. I made two friends. Well co workers but it’s good to talk.
