Can i still be charge for disordly conduct after something that happen 2 years ago

I was playing around and joking around, touch my friends thigh and shoulder not for sexual gratification just playing around thats all is this consider harassment disorderly conduct in my state nj sol 1 year can i still be charge im paranoid and scared does anyone know.

Im just worried she will report me to the police. after two years. im so scared i dont want to go jail. i made a mistake omg why did i do that.

Even if the statute has expired, it’s extremely unlikely she would report you if she hasn’t done it in 2 years.

It’s just common sense. If it bothered her enough to report on you she would’ve done it. She’s not going to sit around for two years thinking about a touch from someone.

no not really she just actually laugh and smile i was just joking around and having fun like friends. not to harrass her or anything. in the shoulder and thigh area.

Even on the extremely unlikely event that she did report you for it I don’t think you would get much punishment for a brief touch on the shoulder and thigh.
