I’m just worried I’m still contagious after testing negative.

Pre-covid you would have people who would stay at home when ill and those who would turn up at work.
It’s the same. I don’t like infecting people but you could also wear a mask.

I think after 5 days you aren’t contagious anymore.

Yeah I think you test positive for a while but after 5 or so days you don’t spread it. There should be some guidelines online about what is currently accepted practice. It’s totally out of the news over here. I think everyone is just trying to forget about it while it burns through the populace.
