Hmm I see , I think being able to do that even though you can’t feel it helps us build strength too tho…emotional flattening it’s not our fault… but if we persevere it’s a blessing. Like going in to work even when you’re sick…it’s a sign of strength . Thanks for your wisdom sire

There are different types of love. Love for family and friends, love for someone you’re fond of or admire… there is romantic love… there is unconditional love…I’m not sure I understand what love really is anymore. The word is thrown around too much and comes with a lot of conditions.

Yeah…i mean love is not necessarily an emotion though to me it’s an action which sometimes is accompanies by emotion but also sometimes not like in the case of not wantin to do something you usually love (including when mental illness makes it tough).
