Coconut milk has 30g saturated fat per 100g, its bad.

um not where i live. maybe u are thinking of the coconut milk used for cooking curry?

Oh ok I thought you were talking about coconut milk for cooking. Its confusing.

You don’t need calcium supplements.
Try eating or drinking calcium enriched foods like milk or cheese.

If you are sensitive towards dairy products there are lactose free variants.
