I found this interesting…
Too much calcium builds up on the arteries of the heart, so you need vitamin k to get rid of access calcium.
Vitamin k also puts calcium in bones and where it’s meant to be.
I think my problem was drinking too much milky teas and coffees, and not enough vitamin k, so calcium was clogging me up.
Now I’m cutting down on calcium from milk because calcium is in so many foods, I never knew.
A whole orange has 50mg of calcium, and bread is fortified with it, at least where I live in England. I made 2 beef burgers in the oven yesterday only to find out there fortified with calcium too.
I’m having way too much calcium and Im only now starting to balance my levels out.
I just update this thread if there’s any positive changes
Thats crazy!. Throughout my teens i used to drink gallons of milk a day. At least one carton maybe that was it
Thanks for sharing the story. It makes me a little nervous because I’m taking 1500mg/day of calcium since my surgery (doctor’s orders). I hope your calcium balances out.
Thanks @Happy_H
I’m eating more greens now, but in moderation.
It very well could be. Milk is good for you but too much could be detrimental to health
Too much coffee can be associated with calcium loss from bones btw.
Due 2 the caffeine.
Thats vegan propaganda
I’m not vegan, I’m just cutting down on calcium and seeing how it affects me
Sorry i was just making a stupid joke without having read the article or other comments.
Good luck with your health journey!
