I can lose weight on it if I’m on weight loss meds. Otherwise, nyet.

Yes. Plain milk is much better than presweetened creamer.
I don’t drink coffee and have never taken caffeine pills. I am very sensitive to caffeine. If I drink a Coca-cola that has caffeined or drink tea after about 6 pm, I usually stay up all night. For about 7 years I did not drink soda. At the time I completely stopped craving it. Nowadays I drink a few cans of soda a week. Caffeine still gets me if I’m not careful.
I once saw a video of a champion boxer compare soda to liquid crack and though I think crack is far worse, I don’t really see soda as having any nutritious benefits.
It can help keep you hydrated, but nothing beats water for hydration.
