My psychiatrist told me coffee was better because it has more health benefits. But I use creamer and milk and I don’t think all that extra sugar would contribute to any health benefits.
I also like diet pop but I am not sure how heathy that is either.
Coffee is good for you as long as you dont add sugar or sweeteners. I think milk is good with it. I think any soft drink wether diet or not is super bad for you. Not sure about the pills. I guess they would be fine.
My cardiologist would prefer I drink water, but he said of the many choices diet soda it is one of the better ones. It’s not the healthiest choice. Same from a dietician. I’m trying to drink more water and more soda water. I’ll forgo a diet pop and just have carbonated water with a twist of lime. I’m trying very hard to unprocess my diet and that means less diet soda.
I would think coffee out of those three. Probably pills next and then diet soda. Just my guess, though. But I dont care. I like diet soda and I need the caffeine right now.
Diet pop is deadly. Coffee is safest, no matter what you put into it. Forgot the other one. I think it was bad too. Caffeine pill, probably give you schizophrenia.
I was into those when I was younger. I started my day with a Vietnamese coffee and now I’m having a soda with lime. Will drink a large glass of water after that.
