Is that when you think something and someone hears your thoughts? Just curious cus this happens to me sometimes, I have two voices one I try and hide meaning my thoughts but they sometimes leak out.
Yes, as far as i’m aware that is the definition of thought broadcasting. I think people can read my mind, they can read my mind through my eyes, so i wear my sun glasses a lot.
I think seeing things and thinking people can read your thoughts are more delusions, I could be wrong though. Their calleded negatives from what I’ve learned. I too have both negative and positive hallucinations I guess.
Believing that people can read your thoughts is called, thought broadcasting. Believing that you can read other people’s thoughts is called, thought insertion. I used to have both for many years.

I have this delusion, I wonder if it’s that they hear my thoughts (which is weird as I don’t hear them per say) or if it’s like a text bubble that pops up in their mind. Either way it must be really annoying for other people 
I have a problem when people stare at me and seem to know what I’m thinking. Which than fuels my paranoia
It’s not like a text bubble. I just “sense” peoples thoughts. And they can sense mine.
I have had the thought that maybe body language comes into it aswell, what’s it like, sensing others thoughts?

For me, it was always just terrible because other people’s thoughts were usually all bad and evil.

I have to take three AP’s to make it all go away, but, no, it doesn’t usually happen anymore thank goodness. Thank you for your blessing.
