I just heard about this. So sad. I went to a Beach Boys concert when I was a kid, and it was my first concert.
Apparently he was diagnosed with schizoaffective disorder bipolar type, but I’ve heard he didn’t agree with the diagnosis.

He was much more than his diagnosis but he proved you can live a good, long life while still having schizophrenia.

‘God only knows’ is my favourite Beach boys song. Pet sounds a 5* star album. One of the songwriting greats .
