I’ve bought Sarcosine from BrainVitaminz now 3 weeks ago and there doesn’t seem to be any progress in the shipment past the first 3 days. If you purchased anything from them how was your experience? I must say I am highly unimpressed and unamused at the appalling customer service and refund policies which hold no amount of customer care and deny any responsibility for the actual delivery and don’t leave any true room for a refund of any kind. In all honesty I wish I had ordered from elsewhere.

Tried it a few times, didn’t notice anything.
Just tastes like sugar to me.
Takes them a while to ship to me in Canada. I’m used to it by now.
I used to by from Profrontal. They dont produce or ship anymore.
Hi - they have good customer support usually. Have you contacted them by email to tell them about the problem with the mail. They don’t control the US postal service, but usually they will send you another package if something happens and the package gets lost. After much delay it actually arrived Yesterday, so my growing worries were unfounded. I doubt I’ll be buying from them again due to the presence of extra taxes to get a shipment in from America and the long delays at customs. We will see when we get around to needing to buy sarcosine again, assuming I am satisfied with it, what other options I’ll have available then though.
Thanks for the support and kind words, also I guess their contact page simply has a bunch of legalise to cover their bases and their customer service is probably much more supportive than how they present themselves to avoid accountability should something go wrong.
