I remixed CREDDO’s tune Mind. It’s progressive neurofunk. If you like the song then you can download it for free on bandcamp.

Sick sound design!
I think the drums need more presence in the mix though.
What DAW and plugins do you use atm?
i use Ableton Live 9 and a lot of Native Instruments Komplete vsts. I also use tyrell N6 which is free. And several other vsts.
Thanks for checking it out btw =)
Ah ok, I use Logic Pro X and mainly Serum for edm and dnb.
You ever heard of Netsky? He’s my fav dnb producer. From Antwerp as well, which is where you’re from as well right?
I was gonna see him last month in London, but I didn’t go in the end
Another time I will though
ah yea Netsky is from here too indeed. I’m from Antwerp also.
Do you have a linky to some of your stuff? I’ll give it a listen.
You should go see Netsky yea if you can. It will be nice =)
for my synths i use fm8 and massive mostly. I been thinking about getting serum too. I heard good things about serum.
I like youre Reese. Also the vocoder you put on the vocal is super sick. I like the drum and bass part too.
I like the progressive nature of the track too. I used to make progressive but I feel I kinda gotten too much into the two drop repetitive dubstep thing. Maybe I should start adding more progressive elements and getting more creative
thanks for checking it out poet =)
i like your tunes. you are good at making dubstep for sure… =D
Here’s something I made the other day
and some cheesy crap from today lol
I’ll probs keep the synths in the second one and change all the melodies and bass notes
Thanks haha I try
This track is live I like it bro hah great job!
Cheers man
…
Did you Do the instrumental and the vocals?
Did a rough vocal take, and the whole instrumental; synths, drums, and bass.
Guitars are from Omnisphere though
Dude great job very professional. Good on you bro the overall impression is it’s very pro sounding. If you could share some tips on getting that hq sound I’d appreciate it
Dude if you want I’m super down to make a remix
I think I was too lazy to use a reference track when I mixed it. But what do you need help with with regards to mixing and mastering?
EQ all my sounds
High shelf at 2k hz for extra brightness of synth leads
High shelf with guitars too
Hp at 255hz for synth leads
Lp at 255hz for bass
Split bass into mono lp 100hz
Stereo bass 100hz-255z
And gainstage everything until it sounds good
I know there are tricks to get the bass loud enough with the kick and drums
I think using reference tracks is probs the best way to go
Hope that makes sense lol
What genres do you make?
