This what i want to look all natural, with symmetry now adays this bodybuilding look so bulk and out of proportion its look so ugly. This people from the middle east look the best, they understand symmetry is key to bodybuilding.
Some people can get almost as big as Arnie naturally, but they have the genetics for it.
I reckon my genetic potential will allow me to have a body like Chris Hemsworth (Thor).
He has good size and proportions.

O yea, he as a nice body, I dont want look like this bodybuilders today, eww. Not too big not too small just right.

Thats a good video but his too big to my liking.
theres a cool workout series with Larry Wheels and Hafthor Bjornson they do strongman style workouts. very heavy lifts
