Until the past year, my body temperature became much lower than it should have been, after the onset of my SZ. This lasted until 2023, and started in 2019 or so.
It is good that this has ceased to be an issue, but it is still unclear what was behind this.
Has anyone else experienced this, or heard of someone else that had an issue, like this?
Any theories?
My body temperature is normal. My mom runs low tho. I think metabolism and maybe the thyroid plays a role but idk.
Im the opposite. I run so hot constantly. And it makes me sweat like crazy from doing almost nothing. Even in winter here. Hate it. I kind of think its been getting progressively worse over the last couple years too.
I think your right on the thyroid, I have thyroid disease and when it’s not controlled I get cold.
My thyroid is fine, I believe.
