I’ve read both though it’s been a long time. I have a few copies of 1984. It’s one of my favorite books. I read brave new world right out of highschool and honestly my reading ability wasn’t as good as it is now. I like A Scanner Darkly as well cause the characters are so messed up.

Fahrenheit 451 is another great one i reckon.

Difficult comparison. I can’t choose. Although I hate the ending of 1984 and I find something generally disturbing about BNW.
