What do you know about long termo use of biperidene ? I have used ir 5 years and still counting. I have oculogiric crises twice a week

I’ve never experienced an oculogyric crisis. Doesn’t sound like fun at all. Sorry you’re going through this.
While on risperidone, my pdoc prescribed me a muscle relaxant, to help prevent / combat extrapyramidal side effects of the antipsychotic.
Maybe it can be an alternative to biperidene.
If you wish, bring it up at your next appointment.
All I know,it gives me tremor,cramp fingers,just a little rest somtimes.It can also cause TD.
