Are you on any meds? What’s your dosage?

Aripirazole. 2.5mg.
I know it is low but on a higher dose i feel mental suffacation etc.

I might do if need be. I first will try to reduce my internal steessors though. If that does not work then i will consider increasing the dose

When i increase my dose my quality of life is even worse tho. Having said that, if this psychosis stuff im experiencing worsens then i may need to do wat u guys suggest.

@Zoe who is prescribing your medication? Is it a psychiatrist or is it a primary care doctor? Who is managing your mental health care?
It seems like you would benefit from letting your prescribing doctor know how you are feeling, your symptoms, and to discuss options for better managing your mental health care, including your medication.

No one is monitoring it . Where i live the referral to a mental health team takes time. My referral assessmnt is on the 14 january.

Hey @Zoe . I am going to lift your suspension so that you have someplace to go in the new year. I realize you were struggling a bit and its not your normal behavior.
