You know, I sleep so well when I have a set schedule that includes exercise or, barring that, just doing something physical like cleaning. It doesn’t have to be much, but it sure does make a difference. I’ve also found that I’m less prone to RLS at night when I’ve gotten in some physical activity.

I sleep better and have fewer symptoms when i exercise. It’s harder to do in winter, but I’ve started walking again lately and it feels good.
