What in everyone’s opinion is the best anti depressant? I know everyone reacts differently but I’m curious to see what’s worked for everybody. I’ve only tried Celexa and Prozac and neither of them seemed to work very well for me.
I am on Sertraline and it seems to work well.
It’s the only one I have been on

That’s Zoloft right? I think I was on that when I was 14 so I guess that’s another to add to the list.

Cymbalta, hands down. I’ve tried soooo many over the years and cymbalta is the only one that works this well for me. Whenever I see a new doctor (with as often as I move/change insurance has been more frequent than I’d like) they always try to get me to try their own preferred AD, but I always come back to cymbalta because it’s so good.
Yeah it’s brand name is Zoloft.
I have nothing to compare it against but I don’t want the same hassle I had finding an AP that worked for me
Zoloft worsened my psychosis. I wouldn’t recommend it.
I like Zoloft or Cymbalta. Zoloft works great but it made me go manic, The Cymbalta is even better and as a bonus works on pain, which has had a huge impact on my sense of well-being not only for specific pain (bulging disc) but non-specific (chronic wide spread). I’ll be really sad if I ever have to stop taking Cymbalta.
