Be civil and supportive. Sometimes in the past I did anything but and really it’s just not worth it in the end. Be civil and supportive makes it all so much easier!

What have I learned the past 4 or 5 years on this site?

When you are spiralling down the rabbit hole, and you are vulnerable…don’t be afraid to reach out and seek advice and support.

Conversely…

When you are ‘up’ and doing well, it’s your duty to inspire others…to give back…to be humble…and to never forget your roots.

on the old site, I learned quite a bit under Unusual Beliefs

and a lot about social security
