Don’t sweat the small stuff
Don’t pet the sweaty stuff.
Be civil and supportive. Sometimes in the past I did anything but and really it’s just not worth it in the end. Be civil and supportive makes it all so much easier!
Keep moving forward. Try to stay active and busy.
That it’s ok to switch meds
You are not alone
That no matter how sorry i feel for myself. There is always someone suffering more than you are.
I have had inspirations about meds, and feeling befriended by some of the members,
What have I learned the past 4 or 5 years on this site?
When you are spiralling down the rabbit hole, and you are vulnerable…don’t be afraid to reach out and seek advice and support.
Conversely…
When you are ‘up’ and doing well, it’s your duty to inspire others…to give back…to be humble…and to never forget your roots.

The best advice I see repeatedly on this site is to TAKE YOUR MEDS!
Nothing gets eaten as hot as its get cooked, to sum my experience up.
This is unpleasant to read when you’re trying to take a dump.
Hope the best for you
Wish the best for you
Have a nice day
It’s okay
or when someone help me by insight something I can’t see/know by myself
all of these is good enough
on the old site, I learned quite a bit under Unusual Beliefs
and a lot about social security
I think the best thing said to me is, You keep it real, Daze.
