Being really dedicated to losing weight

I am back to calorie counting, no sugar, low carb diet now remember please that I HAVE to be gluten free, dairy free because of my ciliac, today for the first time I felt full after 1,199 calories eaten and I found some new frozen food I can eat and so far it’s amazing! I haven’t ate cheese even fake cheese in about a month and a half I am losing weight relatively fast just 3 weeks ago I was 210 lbs and now I’m 207, I know it’s not much but I gotta focus on the positive (yes I weigh myself daily.)

I lost 7 stone in 5 years, i was 21 stone, i now weigh 14 stone, it is very hard to lose the weight but it is possible, i am on clozaril!
