Here’s a couple of photos…one is from 2 years ago and one is from last week. I went from 298 lbs to 232 lbs…not easy when on Clozapine but I have a doctor who has been really helpful in guiding me. For the first time in over 3 years I am having to buy new, smaller clothes!
I’m just so happy to be losing weight, I want to share it with everybody!

i have some pics but not sure if i want to post any, some of them are pretty outdated. I did gain and lose weight over time, god bless.
Before I used to weigh a lot in terms of 90 kg. Now it is down to 80. Been a struggle.
