The second picture is a traditional Sri Lankan curry, little spice but was absolutely amazing. From a little family run restaurant near my hotel. For all that plus some drinks was £11. I left a good tip.

@Jonathan2 it helps my mental health tremendously. Otherwise with nothing to look forward to and stay focused I would be preoccupied with delusional thoughts and be non-compliant with meds. My mental health team think the same that’s why they encourage me to travel.

How wonderful for you to be able to do that.
I wish I could afford holidays and support worker to help able me to travel or husband instead.
I would love to fly in first class cabin too that would be super cool.
I might never go overseas again because I can’t afford it and because I’m afraid of going psychotic while traveling.
Even if someone paid for my ticket and hotel for me i would still be afraid of going psychotic.
I would love to go on a train holiday here in Australia n that’s more realistic perhaps if I saved money some years i could afford it and sleep on the train.
I could probably do a river cruise and road trips too .
I couldn’t even fly one hour to visit my new friend.
I wanted to fly and visit him but I was too afraid of going psychotic because I was only sleeping two hours a night and feeling a bit spaced so to say.

I don’t know how long I can travel in the future? I find it increasingly difficult not to get paranoid here. I hear local Sri Lankan words in English and I think they are slagging me off in their own language? Also I noticed I need to pee 5 times more then other drinkers at the beach bars… I have a small bladder I know - but it’s increasingly becoming a problem as I’ve had accidents when the toilets are busy.

@bobbilly you are brave soul. Enjoy the experience. Each of us would love to have the posibiliyy to get there. Try to enjoy it for each one of us, make it seem possible for all of us.
