78 days sober and I’ve been craving
Just got a sponsor in aa and asked my doctor to raise my naltrexone to 100 mg. haven’t heard back yet. 200 is the max dose and I’m only on 50, the lowest dose. Maybe the stress of the move, maybe the stress of I don’t know what I want to do with life. But I’m attacking it medically AND holistically .
Go distract your doing good my friend…I know everybody slips but you can do this don’t give in…look at how much of a positive being sober has been on your life…
The morning isn’t the issue…its just night my crazy thoughts come back lately. A good night sleep always does me well.
If your doc ups your dose could you split it and take one when you wake up and one later to cover the night better…idk how that med works exactly…
I’m not sure either. I’ll ask him. Thanks for the suggestion though.
