Saw psychiatry and they diagnosed me with four things: schizoaffective disorder bipolar type, paranoid personality disorder, dependent personality disorder, and generalized anxiety disorder. They might consider geodon or caplyta. Also have an interview next week for a nurse practitioner role. Hope it all works out.

I’m on caplyta and really like it I feel pretty normal for the most part… I had one last hallucination and nothing since… It was a bad hallucination though… I hope my anxiety will go down other than that it keeps the hallucinations at bay and no movements

Hi @dougRN! I really hope that all works out for you. I hope you have good luck finding the right medication for your needs. I’m also sza/bp-type; anxiety/OCD and so on. I’ve tried both meds you mentioned.

@dougRN only bad thing is insurance doesn’t like paying for it unless you’ve been on a lot of different ones and they failed (I tend to be med resistant)

Same issues here. I’ve tried almost everything- even clozapine (wbc dropped). Bad TD from Sapris for years. On Seroquel and doing well atm. Low dose has removed positives. In combination with ADs now.
