Be silent, be quiet

I’m thinking i need to BE more quiet about my opinions. Specially at work.

I’m being too much myself. Talking about things i dont like. And i’m talking too much about work in home.

Not healthy.

I’ll try to keep some things to myself and deal with it.

When in anger, Staying by myself, hearing music and exercise.

Someone understand me?

I’ll try use words like : “well…” “It is what it is”
This words help me to Run from give my opinoins

I think it’s normal to have and to express opinions about any topic. And to be ready for healthy debates or disagreements, because other people might have different opinions.

But it’s also true that if you complain a lot, some people will dislike you.
