I am sore all over because I fell while getting dressed this morning. Thankfully, I’m not injured too badly but I need to make yet another adjustment to growing old.

I’ve lost both granddads to cancer, they died before I was born!
One of them had lung cancer, I don’t know how much he lived with the illness, but treatments in my country back then were far from adequate. I hope you get treatment and support.
