I have some good spray, and I have killed about fifty bedbugs the last two nights, and tonight they’re worse. The last time the guy who sprayed came by he asked me if I wanted him to spray. I thought my spray had killed all the bedbugs, so I said “no”. After a while the bedbugs came out in force. The guy who sprayed came by recently and sprayed my room thoroughly, but that made the bedbugs much worse. If it wasn’t for my own spray I would be looking for another place to spend the night.
They climb in everywhere. They hide in books and shoes and piles of clothes and every little crevice. The board & care I lived in 5 years ago had bedbugs. Before I moved into this apartment I had to literally spray all my. belongings. I would have been in trouble if I had brought them here so a counselor mixed up some alcohol and water and we sprayed all my clothes and bedclothes and even books and pads of paper. It worked, they didn’t come with me.

I keep a set of clothes in my freezer for when I want to go visiting. I don’t want to spread this.

We had them years ago in an old apartment probably after some new neighbors brought them in the building downstairs. My legs would get chewed up when I slept on our couch. We got rid of a lot of stuff including some furniture and had them spray everywhere. It was probably pretty toxic stuff since they didn’t come back. We also put a bedbug cover on our bedroom mattress in case they would make their way there.
It’s funny though because I thought the drug Risperdal was originally marketed as a pesticide so I joked with my wife that maybe the bugs just bit me and then died and I could market my services as an exterminator/host lol.
We live in senior housing now and they have bedbug traps that they check just about every month.
Hope you have success in getting rid of them quickly. They are a huge pain.

i had them for a while. at first i thought they were coming in the window. didnt know what they were. woke up one night with a few stuck to my arm. freaked out. was half asleep. had the place sprayed but they came back. moved to a new place eventually.
