I prefer bath. I find since being ill personal hygiene hard but better now.

I like shower, cause it’s easier to get clean quickly.
I take bath when I need to relax. (very rarely.)

I prefer a shower. Baths are good though when it’s freezing and you been out in the cold, a soak in a hot bath in winter.
