Both my parents eat eggs frequently and they are both well into their 80’s.
I don’t believe in these studies.
Genetics has a lot to do with it.

My mom loves eggs she eats them alot and shes 70 but looks 40 she has arthritis in her knees tho but she still goes to work I’m amazed by her

Nor do I. How many times have they gone back and forth on red meat? Or a glass of red wine? Or milk? Or a million other things. Hell, too much water too quickly can kill you. All a way to ensure more funding for more useless “research,” of course, all in the name of money, which runs the world, as we should all know by now.
