Mine and my mom’s friend passed away this morning after her fight with cancer. We saw her last night and she was sleeping most of the time we were there. I got to be there for my friend and her daughter who was really struggling. We had a conversation where I shared my beliefs about the other side and what I have heard from mediums. It comforted Tina, but she is hit with the double whammy of having depression and anxiety already and now dealing with her mom’s illness and passing. What do you tell a friend whose mother is dying? It’s just so hard to believe she is gone. It was just this past December that we all went out to breakfast to celebrate my mom’s birthday. Say a prayer for our friend and the family that is left behind.

I’m sorry this happened. It sounded like she fought as long and as hard as she could.
This is never easy, and I hope you find some comfort through this hard time.

I am sorry for your loss @SunGirl maybe you can tell the daughter that if she needs anything you will be there for her - some people need that initial space for mourning and regrouping. Just let her know you care, but I am sure she already knows this

You are a good friend to her @SunGirl. I am sure she appreciates your support and friendship - and take care of yourself too SunGirl, death can be a destabilizing factor

At least she isn’t suffering any more. From what I’ve read about near death experiences, she has gone to a much better place.
