Been back in the psychiatric unit since Monday. Had a bit of an episode.
These places do my head in sometimes. I feel quite sane compared to some wandering around the place!! Hope I am not in long…

I was in recently. The drama was alot more than I’d like but the time in really helped me regain semblance of reality. I wish you well in there
I haven’t been for while. I can recall meeting some really amazing people and maded a long-term friend. I’m glad you are getting the help and support.
i just got discharged two weeks ago
I got discharged yesterday. I hated it there, but it helped. I hope it helps you too.

How are you able to post from the hospital?
Usually they take your cell phone during intake.
Not at the one I was in in the past, nor in any I’ve visited people in
The one I was in allowed mobiles but not your charger. Suppose they all have different rules.
They have a computer connected to the internet plus I have my cell phone. I’m in the UK. Where are you, the US?
Yeh I am not allowed my charger for my phone or my laptop.
I’ve been trying to remember how long ago was my last hospitalization. It’s been a few years, but how many I can’t recall.
I hated the hospital with every fiber of my being. I’m never going back. All it did was destabilize me.
During one of my Hospital stays, we had a workshop and the Nurse told us to write down something positive to share with the group. So I wrote…

I’ve had 4 in two years now. 2 really short but two longer. I think my meds and diagnosis may need attention.
I never had internet access or a cell phone in the hospital.
Took the MMPI2 a couple of times. That was as close as I ever got to a computer.
The first time I was in one they wouldn’t even give me access to my own money.
How are you able to post this. When I was in the hospital they wouldn’t let me use my cellphone and they didn’t have computers. How are you communicating?
