My gift to you is a Baby Einstein turtle that plays classical music from different instruments. You can choose which instruments are playing, or play the whole orchestra. It is sold at Target. This thing kept both me and the baby entertained when I was babysitting.

Also since I’m very pragmatic I give you a rocking chair. You’ll thank me when she/he gets colics or just wakes up at night needed you to rock her back and forth for hours. 
I give you this beautiful 3 in 1 stroller that is definitely worth investing in! It’s orange, to match their puffy orange parka! (that the baby should never be wearing when the car is in motion, because then they won’t be strapped in tightly and could slip out during an accident)
