i agree, some of those energy drinks have 16,000% the daily value of vitamin B12 in them! That can’t be good for you!
The b12 in them is really minimal.
The sugar content is the only thing wrong with them
Actually, there’s A LOT of caffeine in energy drink as well.
Drinking one can of Monster equates to shotting three cups of coffee.
I stay away from that stuff unless I’m planning to play games all night.
It gives me racing thoughts and restlessness, even the sugar free ones

Espresso shots contain less caffeine than normal-sized cups of brewed coffee.
One Monster (0.5 liters) contains approximately as much caffeine as an average large-sized cup of coffee (~0.4 liters or so). By volume, Monster has about the same concentration of caffeine as normal coffee.
