I remember watching a lecture by an professor of psychiatry discussing bipolar disorder. She also suffered from sever bipolar depression. She spoke about how for years he couldn’t read due to poor attention. I haven’t been able to watch movies for years as well. It is disheartening.
My concentration was like that when i was taking clonazepam, it was really really bad. But now its improved and i can watch an hour of tv. I still can’t read for some reason, but I’m grateful for the improvement nonetheless.
Thing is my doctor isn’t remotely concerned by this. I used to love movies now I can’t derive any enjoyment from them.
Mine wasn’t concerned either. I just posted another thread about l-theanine and coffee. Maybe you could try that combo for a temporary boost.
