Going to my brothers house today.
Most of the people attending are vaccinated but there will be at least 60 people attending!
Mostly family and friends of his.
I’m really nervous about going but he said that I can stay upstairs away from the crowds.
I worry about my dad who will be attending but I told him to wear his mask also.
I’ll be taking a benzo.

I take a benzo before a social gathering too. Anxiety and sometimes paranoia slips in. It’s good of your brother to allow you a safe spot if you start to get overwhelmed.
Last week, my wife and I (both fully vaxxed) took food and supplies to our friends who were down with COVID. There were 5 people there with active COVID, and my wife and I did just fine. The vaccine will either keep you 100% protected or so, and if you DO manage to get it, your recovery time and symptom severity is a lot less.

My brother is throwing a Labor Day party at his house.
My dad really wants to go and I have to help him or else he’ll be on his own.
I think we’ll be fine.
Everyone there is vaccinated anyway.

Can your brother hold the event outside or at least open up the windows to get plenty of air circulation?
It’s not uncommon for vaccinated people to get and to transmit the delta variant.
