Arthritis pain?

I’m getting these intermittent pains in my left knee lately.
My knee also looks a tiny bit more swollen than the right knee.
I didn’t injure or twist my knee at all.

Could this be Arthritis?

I’m at the age you know.

I have arthritis in my feet and ankles. I may have it in my knees as well although it’s been a while since they’ve acted up. I also may have it in my neck. It’s osteo I believe. Arthritis runs on my Mom’s side of the family. My Dad’s side doesn’t have it but they have schizophrenia, alcoholism, and diabetes. I guess every family has something that screws them.

Yeah, I’ve got it in my right hand in particular and also right shoulder and knee. The damaged areas from when I was younger. It’s starting to appear on the left side now as well.

I have osteoarthritis in both jaws, shoulders, hips, knees, feet, in my neck, and whole spine. In other words, my whole dang body.

I control it with Naproxen twice a day and yoga.

I’m sorry that you are going through this.

It’s not so bad, @Wave. I keep it well controlled with almost daily yoga.

9.5ph alkaline water has worked for @anon22322466 's arthritis.

“Alkaline water is water that’s less acidic than regular tap water. This means it is rich in alkalizing compounds, including calcium, silica, potassium, magnesium, and bicarbonate.”

"Is silica good for arthritis?

It’s not just your bones that need silica . Your teeth do too, as do your joints , tendons, ligaments, and connective tissue in order to be strong and healthy. … Silica also helps stabilize the pancreas’s release of insulin! If you want your nails, skin, and hair to be healthy, turn to silica ."
