I’m feeling bored and lonely as hell right now, don’t really have anyone to talk to. I got out of my apt for a little while today, went and got my injection and made a quick couple stops into stores while I was out, but that’s been it. I should go to the gym, but I just don’t feel like it at the moment. I live alone - just me, my dog and my cat here. My cat is asleep and my dog is just staring at me right now lol. I could try putting in a DVD to cut the boredom some, but I’m not sure I could focus on it that well right now. I usually play music videos on YouTube at times like this, nice and short and don’t require my full attention, but I’m a little tired of that, been doing that half of the day. I don’t have tv service.
This is why this forum is excellent, we can share our thoughts and opinions, I know many szs are lonely, but this is why we are here.

I ask myself that, a lot of times. a very philosophical question. It seems really easy to answer sometimes, but it’s not.

If you’re alone and had/have a drinking problem there is always AA. I used to go to meetings on a regular basis and had a large circle of friends.
Most everybody in those rooms has some form of diagnosable mental disorder. They are friendly and welcoming to everyone

I do enjoy my own company. I once told that to a pdoc and he declared hmmm…schizoid! But I try to go to a local coffee shop every now and again.
