I am drinking caffeine until I feel very sick, I wake up I start and then I do not stop, very close to vomiting. It is a very strong addiction, nothing like before the days I would drink some coffee and to stop it there. I do not have a social structure, family is away and I am being kind of excluded, so no much support on this problem nor in any problem. I do not know if you know what I am talking about, the measure is litre not decilitre or centilitre. My heart rate changes a little bit, then I just broke some sedation and feel like vomiting, but there is much tolerance, I do not feel excited with coffee just sick. I think I need help, doctors do not take me very serious because it is coffee, but I feel the consequences. Everyday all starts over again I start with the first cup, but there is no end then, I am always craving it. Anyone is suffering with this kind of extreme addiction with coffee? I do not think coffee makes me smarter, but withdrawal is something I can not stand for too longā¦

Iām a caffeine addict big time. I got to the point with coffee where I decided it would be easier just to take caffeine pills. I take 2 two-hundred milligram pills a day.

No, not to control the addiction. They are pills like Nodoze that put caffeine into your system.
oh ok crimby. I start to imagine sometimes I am getting like an overdose soon, I do not how it is like or when it happens but it possible according to some readings. I find myself lost on this legal drug.
It would be really hard to OD on caffeine. Also, the human body develops a tolerance for stimulants pretty quickly.

Caffiene increases dopamine and blocks serotonin. Serotonin helps you feel happy and comfortable and sleep well. So I try to minimize coffee.
I used to eat chocolate a lot until I noticed it caused a delayed angry reaction. So I quit it for a while until I went on trileptal which controlled the anger. But when I read that it interfered with some of my meds and messed me up in other ways I quit eating it again. Itās a shame really because I loved it.

I canāt start my day without my morning coffee. Other than that, usually just a half liter Pepsi or some half-caff coffee later on, sometimes both. Iāve cut back quite a bit, cut out the energy drinks about a year ago.
I used to drink 3 pots of coffee a day but now I have maybe two cups in the morning and thatās it. I also started drinking regular coca cola instead of diet Coke. I heard diet Coke was bad for people trying to lose weight.
Lately ive been having 6 mugs a day and i love it strong with milk but i did manage to quit da sugar in it so thats good.
I used to drink 2 mugs a day but i love it so much and really enjoy it but do worry i dont drink enough water but try to drink 1 litre a day at least.
