I kind of can. I honestly havent tried doing it before even when i was in good shape. If i practice a little it should be no problem

In the convenience store I used to work in, the toilet in the womenās bathroom was broken. A few of them refused to use the menās bathroom and went outside.
In some countries they still use ground toilets.
Yes, I can do it.
I am too fat now I donāt think I can do it but when I was 140lb and doing Kung Fu I would have probably been able to do it. I donāt want to try it now and fall lol, I am 310lb.
In Kung Fu we did lots of stretching including the split. I almost did a full split back then. They had machines that open your legs to 180+° to train for the split.
āKind ofā is not enough! We all can kind of squat to different degrees. The exercise is squat with your heels on the floor, hips below knees (knees shouldnĀ“t pass your toes), and maintain that position as a ārestingā position!

I do high intensity interval training and bike riding.
No I have Clubfoot so I have always had problems with ankles

I do and have done lots of Hatha yoga over the last 17 years.
I am 62 years old by the way.
