That the water will wash away as if we had done nothing? To make a dream come true, one has to recognize that it is only a dream and that is not satisfying enough. I challenge you to take a step today to make a dream come true. That is work and I know we hate work but just a little step will get things started. I am going to begin by smiling in the mirror.

I wonder if one can influence ones dreamlife so that we don’t have nightmares. Reassure yourself that better dreams are coming.

Directed dreaming doesn’t work for me – it just adds different ingredients to nightmares. I’d love for some decent sleep.
